For the price this is the best bag. It is large enough to hold a seat and comes to the basics – make sure that clean car seat for your child during the trip. The shoulder strap is unable to find the comfiest, but again, for the price, okay. To take just a few meters from the airport to your vehicle – you can do. I would not for anything else.
